马来西亚住房与地方政府部（KPKT）已实施严格的持牌贷款公司规则与法规。与持牌贷款公司完成贷款流程时，您需要通过电子邮件或其网站的在线申请提交申请。
如果您通过电话、短信、Facebook或其他社交平台收到任何自称来自FTS Loan的贷款报价，并要求在其他地点见面，或在未经您同意的情况下直接将款项转入您的银行账户，请务必提高警惕。
请勿汇款，忽略此类信息，并立即通过以下方式报告，因为他们是非法/无牌的贷款公司（即放债高利贷者）：
1. 如果您发现放贷活动，可以拨打马来西亚皇家警察热线03-2262-9999，或拨打‘999’紧急求助。
2. 另外，若您不想直接联系警方，可以拨打住房与地方政府部（KPKT）的‘X Ah Long’热线03-8886-3777（星期一至星期五，早9点至下午5点），提供信息，我们将把信息转交警方协助调查。所有信息将严格保密。
